Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context requires otherwise:

the Regulations means the United Nations (Iran—Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) Regulations 2016 made on 15 February 2016 and commenced on 19 February 2016.
Provisions incorporated in United Nations (Iran—Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) Regulations 2016—The Regulations incorporated by reference information concerning certain nuclear-related material, equipment or technology, ballistic missile-related technology and conventional arms specified in the following documents:
