Notice is given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of the companies was held on Tuesday 1 March 2016 at 12.30pm at the offices of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, Auckland Conference Centre, Carlaw 3, Ground Floor, 12–26 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland.

Agenda

To consider the administrator’s report in relation to the companies’ affairs and any other matters raised relating to the companies’ futures and then to resolve either that:
a. the companies execute a deed of company arrangement; or
b. the administrations should end; or
c. the companies be wound up; or
d. the meeting be adjourned.
To consider and if thought fit approve the administrators’ remuneration.
To determine:
a. The remuneration of the deed administrator, if one is appointed; or
b. the remuneration of the liquidator, if one is appointed.
To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.

We, Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason-Thomas, liquidators of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Suite 6, Level 2, 100 Parnell Road, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 1 April 2016.
