Notice of Granting of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a
delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 November 2016, I hereby give notice that the General
Manager, Aviation and Maritime, Ministry of Transport, has granted Hainan Airlines Company Limited a
Scheduled International Air Service Licence permitting the airline to perform scheduled air services between
China and New Zealand.

The licence took effect on 12 December 2016.

Trustees of the South City Christian Education Centre Trust (Attendance Dues)

Notice 2016

Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Trustees of the South City Christian
Education Centre Trust in respect of any pupil at Hillview Christian School (Christchurch) (341) shall be a
maximum of $1,000.00 (exclusive of GST) per annum for 2017 and 2018, and a maximum of $1,200.00 (exclusive of
GST) per annum from 2019.

Notice of Dissolution of the Petone Central School (2955) Board of Trustees and

Direction to Appoint a Commissioner

Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby
dissolve the Petone Central School (2955) Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a
commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
