as a member of the Board of Maritime New Zealand for a term commencing on 15 December 2016 and ending on 31 October 2019; and appoint
Kylie van Heerden

Application to Film Marine Mammals
Pursuant to section 5(5) of the Marine Mammals Protection Act 1978, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Auckland District, notifies that they received a permit application from
Auckland Whale and Dolphin Safari
to film marine mammals in the Hauraki Gulf.

Any submissions on the application are to be sent to the Director-General of Conservation, Department of Conservation, Christchurch Shared Services, Private Bag 4715, Christchurch Mail Centre, Christchurch 8140 (attention: Amanda Edmonds), to be received within 28 days after publication of this notice.
Unless a person making a submission states to the contrary in the submission, that person will be deemed to give their consent to the release under the Official Information Act 1982 of all the information in the submission.
