Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Symonds Street, Waihi, Hauraki District
Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information New Zealand, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA747/44, subject to Mortgage 10466120.3, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Corrigendum—Notice Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 October 2016, Issue No. 95, Notice No. 2016-ln5981, for Taupara 2D3C2B2 should have read as follows (amendments in bold):
“Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae, whare karakia, kōhanga reo and papakāinga housing for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Reverend Tamihana and Ripeka Huata.”
The area in the Schedule is also incorrect and should read
“4113”
instead of
“0.4113”.

Road Realignment—Okoroire Road and Hetherington Road Intersection, Tirau, South Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to remain vested in the South Waikato District Council; and
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA11C/569 and held as public cemetery.
