Speed Limit: The variable speed limit may operate when a vehicle is detected approaching the intersection on State Highway 1B Marshmeadow Road and State Highway 1B Telephone Road or turning right on State Highway 1B Holland Road and may continue to operate until those vehicles have cleared the intersection, as specified in condition 3 of the notice titled Variable Speed Limit at Rural Intersections Notice, New Zealand Gazette, 9 August 2012, No. 94, page 2598. Levy Waiver Under Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012
