NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 112 — 1 DECEMBER 2016
Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, the notice dated 15 June 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 2014, No. 65, page 1869, that specifies the industries for which the Primary Industry Training Organisation Incorporated is recognised as an industry training organisation is amended by adding
"the petrochemical, energy and chemical plant industries".
This notice takes effect from 1 January 2017.

Notice of Change to Specified Industries for the Boating Industries Association of New Zealand Incorporated
Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, the notice dated 16 April 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 April 2015, Issue No. 45, Notice No. 2015-au2446, that specifies the industries for which the Boating Industries Association of New Zealand Incorporated is recognised as an industry training organisation is amended by adding
" • the sail making industry;"
and deleting
"(excluding marine motor servicing)".
This notice takes effect from 1 January 2017.
