a. pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, having received an application from Airwork Flight Operations Limited of Auckland, New Zealand, granted that airline an Open Aviation Market Licence, for a period of 10 years, to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights between Australia and New Zealand, and between points in Australia, with effect from 4 November 2016; and
b. pursuant to section 87X(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, varied the Open Aviation Market Licence granted to Airwork Holdings Limited to provide for that licence to expire on 4 November 2016.
