Recommendation That Land be Included in a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the existing Māori Reservation known as Waiwhetu or Arohanui Ki Te Tangata Māori Reservation, constituted by a notice dated 17 March 1955 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 March 1955, No. 22, page 437, for the benefit of Māori.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road—Longswamp Section of the Waikato Expressway, Waikato District
Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Land Information proposes to take, under the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Schedule hereto (“land”).
The land is required for the Longswamp Section of the Waikato Expressway. The land described in the Schedule is required for the functioning indirectly of a road for the construction of a stormwater wetland which removes sediments, nutrients and contaminants from the stormwater runoff from the expressway before discharging to a downstream stormwater system.
The Waikato Expressway will provide a continuous four-laned carriageway between the Bombay Hills and south of Cambridge.
The owner of the land and those persons with a registered interest in it have been served with notice of the
