Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner and Purpose of Utilising the Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Wellington Office, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the scenic reserve described in the Schedule and advises that the Hutt City Council shall exercise the Minister’s delegation to specify the manner and purpose for the proceeds of disposal of the reserve.
