Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several receivers of the NEILL FAMILY TRUST on 25 January 2016 under the terms of a general security agreement dated 13 October 2015.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the trust’s present and after-acquired property, and any right of Richard Ernest Neill and/or Angela Lee Neill to be indemnified out of the property, or by the beneficiaries, of the trust secured by the general security agreement.
