Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was on 16 December 2015 appointed as receiver and manager of the property of DENNISON LINEHAUL 2003 LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 9 January 2013, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in future.
