Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Dannevirke Kindergarten Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Wairarapa Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Dannevirke Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (site for a kindergarten) reserve (known as the Dannevirke Central Kindergarten) described in the Schedule, and appoints the Dannevirke Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Land Declared Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 1, Te Rapa, Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway, and shall remain vested in the Crown;
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown; and
- Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
