Acquisition of Land as Recreation Ground—Kakepuku Mountain, Waipa District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired as recreation ground and vested in the Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Ruahine Playhouse to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Wairarapa Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Central Districts Play Centre Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve (known as the Ruahine Playhouse) described in the Schedule, and appoints the Ruahine Playhouse to control and manage the said reserve as a local purpose (site for a kindergarten) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
