In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“the Act”), notice is hereby given that on 6 September 2013 the High Court issued a judgment which recorded the appeal against a penalty decision of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal is allowed. The decision is modified to include an order, under section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that

Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for St Joseph’s Catholic School (Matata) (1948) Board of Trustees

Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I hereby revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the St Joseph’s Catholic School (Matata) (1948) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 August 2014, No. 91, page 2601).

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
