Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

On 11 August 2015 at 9.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Karen Betty Mason and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 11 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PK STEEL FIXERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 August 2015 at 11.24am.

We fix 14 September 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Imran Raza, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named incorporated society by a special resolution of the members.

The members advise that the incorporated society be wound up and that the surplus assets of the incorporated society, after payment of all costs, debts and liabilities, be transferred by the liquidator, pursuant to clause 34(iii) of the society’s rules, to Animal Health Centre Waikato Incorporated, being a charitable organisation having objects similar to the objects of FVC VETERINARY SERVICES INCORPORATED.

The liquidation commenced on 20 May 2015 at 7.30pm.

The liquidator does hereby fix 21 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
