Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 10 August 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE BASEMENT BAR LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 10 August 2015 at 4.38pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 23 September 2015.

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Craig William Melhuish and Michael John Keyse, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 11 August 2015 at 8.00am.
The liquidators fix 11 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
