Under section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservation Services Manager, Northern West Coast District, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the First and Second Schedules is held for conservation purposes with the effect that the land described in the First Schedule is now deemed to have been declared to be held for the purposes of an ecological area.
