Notice Including Māori Land in an Existing Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby included in the existing Māori reservation for the land described in the Second Schedule constituted by notices dated the 2nd day of April 1969 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1969, No. 21, page 664, and the 8th day of October 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 1986, No. 165, page 4376.
