In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 July 2015, Issue No. 76, Notice No. 2015-ar4119, the date of a linked notice appointing Andrew James Bethell and James Greenway, of BDO Auckland, as receivers and managers of the company was incorrectly stated to be 18 June 2015. The correct date is 25 June 2015.

Notice is hereby given that on 16 July 2015, William Black and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of WINTERS FASHIONS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 8th day of May 1986.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property, including all personal property.
