Take notice that MOSGIEL MOTOR COURT LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 July 2015 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 July 2015 at 11.10am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 August 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar after 22 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to the removal, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.

The Property in Receivership is: Specific property of Ricky John Lucas, being the full indebtedness to Ricky John Lucas by Ricky John Lucas and Farquhar Brooking Trust Company No. 21 Limited as trustees of the Lucas Family Trust No. 2 (“the trust”) and by any new trustees or replacement trustees of the trust (including Hunter Heights Limited).
