Declaration Extending State of Local Emergency
Pursuant to section 71 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Annette Kay Main, extend the
state of local emergency declared at 4.00pm on 20 June 2015 for Whanganui District owing to continued
evacuation of members of the public from the vicinity of Anzac Parade (and the need for public safety cordons)
and the ongoing support to “cut off” communities in the rural areas of the Whanganui District.
The state of local emergency is extended for 7 days. It will take effect immediately from the time the initial
declaration of the state of emergency (or the last extension) was to expire.

Time and Date of Declaration: 3.50pm on 27 June 2015.

Declaration Terminating State of Local Emergency
Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Annette Kay Main, terminate the
state of local emergency declared at 4.00pm on 20 June 2015 and extended at 3.50pm on 27 June 2015 for
Whanganui District owing to continued evacuation of members of the public from the vicinity of Anzac Parade (and
the need for public safety cordons) and the ongoing support to “cut off” communities in the rural areas of the
Whanganui District.
The termination of the state of local emergency takes effect immediately on the making of this declaration.

Notice of Removal of Trade Name Products From the Register of Trade Name Products (Notice No. MPI 318)
Pursuant to section 22(3)(b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), I
hereby give notice that the products listed in the Annex have been removed from the Register of Trade Name
Products and that the registration of these products, as trade name products, has expired or been cancelled.
The importation of the products listed in the Annex are otherwise prohibited from the date of the publication of
this notice.
Pursuant to section 22(3)(c) of the Act, any removed product as listed in the Annex may continue to be sold and
used (but not manufactured) until 16 July 2016, but not at any time after that date.
