Notice of Dissolution of the Amisfield School (1682) Board of Trustees and Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N(3)(b) of the Education Act 1989, as the Secretary of Education’s delegate, I hereby dissolve the Amisfield School (1682) board of trustees and appoint

John Carlyon

as commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Notice of Amendment to Materials Incorporated by Reference into the Dairy Industry (Herd Testing and New Zealand Dairy Core Database) Regulations 2001 (SR 2001/373) (Notice No. MPI 505)

Pursuant to subclause 4 of Schedule 5E of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, the Minister for Primary Industries hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as the Notice of Amendment to Materials Incorporated by Reference into the Dairy Industry (Herd Testing and New Zealand Dairy Core Database) Regulations 2001 (SR 2001/373) (Notice No. MPI 505).

  2. Notice is hereby given that certain material currently incorporated by reference into the Dairy Industry (Herd Testing and New Zealand Dairy Core Database) Regulations 2001 (“Regulations”) has been replaced.

  3. Regulation 3(1) refers to “New Zealand Standard NZS 8100 Dairy Herd Testing, as may be amended from time to time”.

  4. This standard is replaced with the “New Zealand Standard NZS8100:2015 Dairy Herd Testing”.
