Land Acquired for Open Spaces and Future Park Purposes—5 Clinker Place, New Lynn, Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for open spaces and future park purposes and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to a drainage right over part marked "A" on SO 485697 as to the firstly described parcel in the Schedule to this notice and over part marked "B" on SO 485697 as to the secondly described parcel in the Schedule to this notice, together with appurtenant drainage rights over areas marked "D", "E", "F1", "F2", "B1", "B2" and "B3" on DP 122011 specified in Easement Certificate B878713.4 and subject to Certificate D630526.7 certifying that a private drain passes through Computer Freehold Registers NA131C/531 and NA131C/532 and serves the land described in the Schedule to this notice on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
