Take notice that WRIGHT STYLE HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 June 2015 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 16 June 2015 at 11.00am.

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company, on 22 June 2015 at 9.00am, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 23 July 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
