Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a resolution at the Companies Office pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts, Colin Thomas McCloy and Craig Alexander Sanson, of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on 19 June 2015 at 11.00am, the time and date the liquidation commenced.
