Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of GRANNY ANNIES LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at the offices of Harvey Green Wyatt, on the corner of Moray Place and Filleul Street, Dunedin, on 18 June 2015 commencing at 1.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

consider the report of the administrator;
determine whether:
a. to adjourn the meeting to a later date; or
b. to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
c. to bring the administration to an end; or
d. the company should be placed into liquidation.
