Eastland Rural Fire District Notice 1998 (Amendment No. 4)

Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Eastland Rural Fire District Notice 1998 (Amendment No. 4), and shall be read with and deemed part of the notice constituting the Eastland Rural Fire District Notice 1998* made on 30 July 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2015.

  1. Amendment of Eastland Rural Fire District Notice—The principal notice is hereby amended by adding to the Schedule as follows:

“(15) Land to be Excluded from the Rural Fire District:

Those areas as delineated on plan NRFA 0718, being parts of Kopuapounamu, Mangaoparo, Ruatoria Forest, Ruatahunga, Arawhana and Mangaotane blocks. The map of these areas is lodged with plans entitled Eastland Rural Fire District, deposited in the National Office of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.”

Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Lake Taupo Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2015.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2015.

  1. Abolition of Lake Taupo Rural Fire District—The Lake Taupo Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.

  2. Lake Taupo Rural Fire District Notice—The Lake Taupo Rural Fire District Notice 1993* is hereby revoked.
