(3) The boundaries are more particularly delineated on the plan NRFA 0716 entitled Pumicelands Rural Fire District, deposited in the National Office of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.
(4) Land to be Excluded from the Rural Fire District:
- That area as delineated on plan NRFA 0716 as Area N, generally being parts of the Ranginui, Pouakani, Tihoi, Hurakia, Marotiri, Mareroa, Waihaha, Puketapu, and Hauhungaroa blocks.
- Excluded from the Pumicelands Rural Fire District are all "Fire Districts" as defined in section 2 of the Fire Service Act 1975.

Thames Valley Rural Fire District Notice 2000 (Amendment No. 2)
Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Thames Valley Rural Fire District Notice 2000 (Amendment No. 2), and shall be read with and deemed part of the notice constituting the Thames Valley Rural Fire District Notice 2000* made on 7 September 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2015.
- Amendment of Thames Valley Rural Fire District Notice —The principal notice is hereby amended by adding to the Schedule as follows:
"(d) Land to be Excluded from the Rural Fire District:
Those areas as delineated on plan NRFA 0717, being parts of the western Kaimai-Mamaku Forest Park. The map of this area is lodged with plans entitled Thames Valley Rural Fire District, deposited in the National Office of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington."
