Land Transfer Act Notice

An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 6 July 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Circumstances: The easement has become redundant due to the death of the surviving transferee.
