Notice of Claim
This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of SUSHI CLUB CO. LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 31 March 2009):
The sum of $5,590.05 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of SUSHI CLUB CO. LIMITED.
Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to SUSHI CLUB CO. LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 2 July 2015.
Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

The owners of land adjoining the bank of Oroua River in the District of Manawatu have applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Oroua River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their names.
Land Registration District: Wellington.
Application: 9276735.1.
Applicants: Allan Richard Bartlett, George Arthur Bartlett and John Stephen Bartlett, c/o Macintosh and Signal, PO Box 11, Feilding 4702.
Land Applied for: 2.3660 hectares, more or less, shown on DP 402654, being part of the former bed of Oroua River adjoining Section 16 Block XII Oroua Survey District comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN33/208, and 3.2530 hectares, more or less, shown on DP 402654, being part of the former bed of Oroua River adjoining Section 6 Block XII Oroua Survey District comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN51/103.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 4 August 2015.
