6.1. The Christchurch Central Recovery Plan and the Land Use Recovery Plan are the other Recovery Plans in force. The Lyttelton Port Recovery Plan and the Residential Red Zone Offer Recovery Plan are currently being prepared.

7.0. Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery

7.1. Upon receipt of the draft Transition Recovery Plan from CERA, the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery intends to publicly notify it, in accordance with section 20 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011. Written comments will be invited from the public.

Land Use Recovery Plan Amendment Notice

Pursuant to section 22 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice.

Title—This notice is the Land Use Recovery Plan Amendment Notice.
Amendment—Amendments have been made to the Land Use Recovery Plan extending the date of the review from April 2015 to 30 September 2015 and minor amendments to assist with interpretation.
Inspection—The amendments to the Land Use Recovery Plan are available on the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority’s website:
