Classification of Reserve—Benneydale Hall, Maniaiti Road, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waitomo District Council hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule to this notice, as local purpose (public hall) reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
