Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and be added to the adjoining land held for a public work (“stopped road”) contained in Computer Freehold Register 634321 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
