I, William Henry David More, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 24 March 2015, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Design Communications Limited from the Register of Companies on 18 August 2014) with the following trade marks:

Notice of Dissolution of the Kea Street Specialist School (Rotorua) (1772) Board of Trustees and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner and Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Kea Street Specialist School (Rotorua) (1772) Board of Trustees

Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, as the Minister of Education’s delegate, the Kea Street Specialist School (Rotorua) (1772) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Group Manager, Sector Enablement and Support, to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Kea Street Specialist School (Rotorua) (1772) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 September 2014, Issue No. 109, Notice No. 2014-go5701 and amended in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 2014, Issue No. 140, Notice No. 2014-go7002) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
