Notice of Amendment to the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path

Pursuant to section 52Q of Part 4 of the Commerce Act 1986 ("Act"), the Commerce Commission ("Commission") gives the following notice.

On 26 March 2015, the Commission made the Electricity Distribution Services (Top Energy Limited) Default Price-Quality Path Amendment Determination 2015 [2015] NZCC 9 ("DPP Amendment Determination"), under section 52Q of the Act.

The DPP Amendment Determination corrects an error in the published quality standards and quality incentive scheme measures for Top Energy Limited contained in the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 [2014] NZCC 33.

The amended quality standards and quality incentive scheme measures applicable to Top Energy Limited for the regulatory period commencing 1 April 2015 are set out below:
