✨ Land Acquisition and Road Declarations
NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 20 — 5 MARCH 2015
a. Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for water storage and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
b. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
c. Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when stopped, Section 2 SO 463263 be amalgamated with Section 14 SO 468813 and Section 4 SO 463263 be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 387465.
