Pursuant to section 42(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948 and subject also to a right of way over part marked "C" on DP 442320 (Instrument 8953545.6) on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
