Pursuant to the Marriage Act 1955, the Registrar-General of Marriages hereby gives notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice No. 21.

The organisation specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be an approved organisation changing its name for the purpose of the Marriage Act 1955.

Approval of Invercargill Airport as a Place of First Arrival (Notice No. MPI 576)
Under section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, being satisfied that the provisions of section 37(1) of the Act are being met, I approve Invercargill Airport, the main airport in Invercargill and operated as a place of first arrival, to receive the following craft:
Charter, commercial and private aircraft not exceeding 14 passengers and crew that are able to discharge the following cargo types:
- Passengers, crew and baggage not exceeding 14 in number.
A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.

- General cargo;
- fresh produce;
- live animals (cats and dogs only);
- passengers, crew and baggage; and
- vehicles and machinery parts.
