Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, the notice with the above heading, dated the 16th day of June 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 June 2015, Issue No. 69, Notice No. 2015-ln3763 (amended in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 July 2015, Issue No. 71, Notice No. 2015-ln3897), is amended by reinstating the word "state" in the heading and in the notice.
