Road Realignment—Maraetotara Road, Hastings District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Hastings District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), further declares:
i. Sections 2 and 4 SO 489322 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBP1/268 subject to Mortgage 10075854.3; and
ii. Sections 5 and 7 SO 489322 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 663854 subject to Mortgage 6724968.1.
c. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBP1/268, subject to Mortgage 10075854.3, section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
