Amending a Notice—Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserve for Other Land— Lower Hutt City
Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hutt City Council hereby amends the notice dated 5 June 2015 authorising the exchange of a reserve for other land, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 June 2015, Issue No. 65, Notice No. 2015-ln3380 ("notice"), by deleting all references to
"recreation reserve"
in the notice, and substituting such references with
"scenic reserve".

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Auckland Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director, Conservation Partnerships, Auckland Region, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and vests the reserve in the Auckland Council.

Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 362602, subject to all existing encumbrances, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
