Pursuant to section 12 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be set apart as a specially protected area within Abel Tasman National Park and shall be called the Tonga Island and Pinnacle Island Specially Protected Area.

Change of Classification of Reserve—Lower Hutt City
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated the 20th day of October 2015, the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from recreation reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 of the Reserves Act 1977.
