Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 November 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Lois Robertson in respect of Buckland Street Infant and Toddler Centre (2010) (30324), situated at 67–69 Buckland Street, Putaruru.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
