NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 113 — 15 OCTOBER 2015

Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 318(1)(f) of the Companies Act 1993,
on the grounds that the companies have failed to pay the fee prescribed by regulations for the application for
registration of the company under section 12 of the Act.

GRANDPARENT HELPERS LIMITED.
PROTEUS NZ LIMITED.
TE WHARE MANA O NGAPUHI LIMITED.

If the prescribed fee is not paid to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days after the date of this notice,
then the companies will be removed from the New Zealand Register.

There are no grounds for objection under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993.

Appointment of Persons to be Protection Officers Under the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996

Where, pursuant to section 441 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Minister of Transport did delegate those
powers under section 16 of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996 to Maritime New Zealand by
an instrument of delegation dated 19 March 1997.

And where, pursuant to section 442 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand did delegate those
powers under section 16 of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996 to the Director of Maritime
New Zealand by an instrument of delegation dated 20 December 2010.

Therefore I, Keith Manch, Director of Maritime New Zealand, hereby appoint the following persons to be
protection officers under the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996, and in association with the
Precision Helicopters Limited’s helicopter patrol service:

Remy Lewis (Wanaka).
Adam Millward (Paekakariki).
Amber Rose Duncan (Porirua).
Craig William Duncan (Paraparaumu).
James Andrew MacKenzie (Wellington).

This notice comes into force on the day after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
