Approval of Brake Testing Device

Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 (“the Rule”), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the NZ Transport Agency, I, Stephen Arthur Bullôt, Senior Engineer, Technical Support, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in the Schedule to this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of light vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule and tested during a Certificate of Fitness “A” inspection.
