Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006
Notice of Proposed Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2015)
The Board of Drug Free Sport New Zealand proposes to make the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2015) (“2015 Rules”) under section 16 of the Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006.
The 2015 Rules will amend the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2014) and incorporate revised World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards.
It is proposed that the 2015 Rules incorporate by reference the following World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards:
(a) World Anti-Doping Agency 2015 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods;
(b) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions, effective 1 January 2015;
(c) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Testing and Investigations, effective 1 January 2015;
(d) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Laboratories, effective 1 January 2015; and
(e) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information, 1 January 2015.
The draft 2015 Rules and the material incorporated by reference can be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at Drug Free Sport New Zealand, Level 3, Building 5, 666 Great South Road, Auckland.

Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992
Notice of Intention to Consult on Revocation of Approved Code of Practice
Notice that the Secretary of Labour (a position now warranted to the Chief Executive, WorkSafe New Zealand) has asked the Minister of Labour to revoke an approved code of practice pursuant to section 20(1)(b) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.
The approved code of practice to be revoked is the Approved Code of Practice for Power Operated Elevating Work Platforms (May 1995)*.
This approved code of practice will be superseded by the Best Practice Guidelines for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms.
WorkSafe New Zealand will consult with industry and the public regarding matters surrounding the revocation of the approved code of practice.

The consultation period for the proposal to revoke the approved code of practice closes on Friday 5 September 2014.

Maraeroa A and B Blocks Claims Settlement Act 2012
Notification of Application of Overlay Classification and Protection Principles—Pureora o Kahu
Pursuant to section 44(1)(a) of the Maraeroa A and B Blocks Claims Settlement Act 2012 (“the Act”), the Minister of Conservation hereby notifies that the area known as Pureora o Kahu described in the Schedule hereto has been declared to be subject to an overlay classification by section 38 of the Act.
The provisions of the Act which relate to the overlay classification are sections 37–51.
Pursuant to section 44(1)(b) of the Act, the Minister hereby notifies that the following protection principles are directed at the Minister avoiding harm to, or the diminishing of, the descendants of the original owners of the Maraeroa A and B Blocks’ values related to Pureora o Kahu:
