Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 September 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Janine Babe in respect of River Babes (10414), situated at 2 Oruru Road, Taipa.
