Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme Under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that the trustees of the TE MATA PARK TRUST BOARD (“the Trust”) have filed an application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of the Declaration of Trust under which the Board was settled.

Under this scheme, the provisions of the Declaration of Trust shall be varied to include a provision for the disposal of Trust assets in the event of its liquidation or dissolution.

Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General thereon may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Napier, or at the offices of S. J. Scannell & Co, Solicitors, at 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.

The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court at Napier on 24 September 2014 at 10.00am.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Napier and to the trustees of the TE MATA PARK TRUST BOARD (c/o S. J. Scannell & Co) and the Attorney-General not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned date.

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of WILD NATURE PRODUCTS LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 17 November 2011):

The sum of $11,731.19 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of WILD NATURE PRODUCTS LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to WILD NATURE PRODUCTS LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 7 August 2014.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.
