Part of State Highway 39, commencing at State Highway 1N in Ngaruawahia at RP 0/0.00 and extending in a general southerly direction to the north side of the Limmer Road intersection with State Highway 39A at RP 0/11.06. The length of road to be revoked is 11.06 kilometres.

Second Schedule

Part of State Highway 1N in Waikato, commencing at the new Gordonton Road interchange at RP 527/0.00 and extending in a general southerly direction to finish at a point 400 metres north-east of the new Horotiu interchange bridge at RP 534/3.52. The length of road to be declared is 10.1 kilometres.

Notice of Recognition of Skills Active Aotearoa Limited

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, full recognition of Skills Active Aotearoa Limited as an industry training organisation has been granted for a further period of five years, with effect from 26 June 2014, to set standards at Levels 1–7 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the sports, fitness and recreation industry including the planning, management, promotion and delivery of sport, fitness, community recreation, outdoor recreation, diving (excluding aquaculture) and snowsport industries.

Notice of Recognition of the Primary Industry Training Organisation

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, full recognition of the Primary Industry Training Organisation as an industry training organisation has been granted for a further period of five years, with effect from 22 June 2014, to set standards at Levels 1–7 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the agriculture, animal care and handling, animal products inspection, baking yeasts manufacturing, dairy processing and manufacturing, equine (including racing), fellmongering, floristry, greyhound racing, horticulture, leather manufacturing, meat processing and manufacturing (excluding poultry), rural servicing, seafood, sports turf and water (including irrigation) industries.
